By accessing or using Mindful Wellfare you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Mindful Wellfare is a journaling application that provides daily philosophical prompts, personal reflection tools, a public anonymous feed, and optional ◆ premium features including AI Reflection Coach, Insights Dashboard, advanced reminders, and custom themes.
You must create an account to save journal entries. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of your journal entries. By posting to the public feed you grant Mindful Wellfare a non-exclusive license to display that content anonymously to other users. We may moderate public feed content for violations of community guidelines.
Public feed posts are subject to automated content filtering. Violations may result in temporary suspension of public posting privileges. Repeated violations may lead to account termination.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Mindful Wellfare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. AI-generated reflections and insights are for personal growth purposes only and do not constitute professional mental health advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindful Wellfare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

When you create an account we collect your first name, last name, and email address. Journal entries you save are stored in our database. Entries posted to the public feed are visible to other users but are anonymous — no personally identifiable information is attached to public posts.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS). We use Row Level Security to ensure only you can read your private journal entries. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.
If you enable email reminders, we will send scheduled emails to the address on file. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also disable reminders in Settings at any time.
We use browser local storage to save your preferences (dark mode, font size, etc.) and authentication session tokens. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
Mindful Wellfare is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
